*Almost a mile of private trout stream (WV fishing license is required for residents of this state 15 years old to 64 years old and non-residents of this state 15 years old or older)

*A private stocked pond with catfish, bass, bluegill, and 7+ pound trout - no fishing license is required for anyone fishing in the pond (all fishing in the stream and pond is catch and release)
